About the Series:
Microsoft is teaming up with education training specialist Tablet Academy to deliver a series of events aimed at supporting school leaders and classroom educators to further embed and benefit from the features provided by Microsoft tools. The focus of these events is to help institutions looking to develop both their in-class delivery and remote programmes.
Microsoft 365 includes many productivity tools that can result in significant time savings for staff in all areas. This workshop will focus on how you can take the outcomes from a simple online form and automate the next steps in the process. Activities like holiday requests, parental consent, mini bus booking etc.
Attending this event could save you hours, if not days in the future when you start to automate admin tasks you currently complete manually.
We will show you how to create an online form and then connect this to a flow which automates the rest of the process, removing the need for ongoing input from staff. For example, your school may have IT equipment teachers can book for lessons. By using a form connected to a flow within your Microsoft cloud environment staff could see when equipment is free, submit a request which once approved (if required) automatically books the equipment out in the calendar and notifies the IT support team to prep the equipment.
This event will be useful for anyone working in education including teachers, admin/support staff and leadership.
A basic understanding of Microsoft Teams would be beneficial but not essential when attending this event.
